Taller de asertividad y empatía / assertiveness and empathy workshop

Nuestro taller más reciente es sobre asertividad y empatía, los elementos más importantes para una comunicación interpersonal exitosa.

A enseñar a los niños estes valores, les mostramos dos videitos animados. Después los niños tuvieron que hacer unos ejercicios relacionados con el tema, por ejemplo imaginarse ciertas rasgos característicos ("no le importa lo que dice la gente de él", "los otros le tienen miedo" etc.) y relacionarlos con el carácter del dragon (agresivo), la tortuga (pasiva) y la persona (resuelto).

En el sectór de Llinfi hicimos otra actividad: los niños y niñas tuvieron que buscarse una pareja, y con esa intercambiaron su jersey o sus zapatos. Después dijeron como se sentían, líteralmente "en los zapatos" del otro.

Our newest workshop was about assertiveness and empathy, the most important elements for a successful interpersonal communication.

To teach those values to the children, we watched two short animated videos. After that, the children had to do some exercises related to the topic, for example relating given character traits ("he does not care what people say about him", "others fear him" etc.) to the character of the dragon (agressive), the tortoise (passive) and the person (assertive).

In the sector of Llinfi we did another activity: the boys and girls had to find a partner and swap their jersey or shoes. Then they said how they felt, literally "in the shoes" of the other one.
